@kevin_biconomy @FloraBiconomy @Shifranalmir @BS04_Biconomy @Gary1_Biconomy Hello Biconomy Team,
My name is GMG. I am the Community Lead for BitcoinII (BC2). I was brought into this group by our lead developer to serve as a new, direct point of contact for this matter. I am not here to rehash past frustrations. I am here to lay out the facts, the damage, and what needs to happen next.
I have reviewed every message in this chat from October 2025 to today. I have taken timestamped screenshots of all key exchanges. I have reviewed the signed agreement. I have the full picture.
Here is what happened:
𝟏. 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐮𝐧𝐢𝐭𝐲-𝐅𝐮𝐧𝐝𝐞𝐝 𝐋𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠
BC2 is not a venture-backed project. There is no company behind us. Every dollar of the $8,000 listing fee came from individual community members — regular people who believed in the project and donated voluntarily after a formal community vote. These are not corporate funds. These are people's personal contributions.
𝟐. 𝐌𝐚𝐫𝐤𝐞𝐭 𝐌𝐚𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐅𝐚𝐢𝐥𝐮𝐫𝐞
On November 28, 2025 at 11:26 PM in this chat, Kevin confirmed: "Good news for you. We can provide you MM services. I just got the confirmation from the team." followed by "Let's do it."
The MM service that was deployed did not function as a market maker. Based on our team's direct observation, it sold BC2 from the liquidity pool without maintaining buy-side orders, draining nearly all BC2 from the LP. The price was driven to approximately $0.80 while the cost to mine 1 BC2 exceeded $2.50.
On January 13, 2026, Business Support then stated that Biconomy "has never committed to providing market-making services directly to any project" — directly contradicting Kevin's own words in this same chat. I have screenshots of both messages.
𝟑. 𝐃𝐞𝐩𝐨𝐬𝐢𝐭𝐬 𝐒𝐮𝐬𝐩𝐞𝐧𝐝𝐞𝐝
BC2 deposits on Biconomy have been suspended since early 2026. As a result, Biconomy no longer appears as an active exchange for BC2 on CoinMarketCap or CoinGecko. For a small, community-driven project that paid $8,000 specifically to gain exchange visibility, losing that visibility defeats the entire purpose of the listing.
𝟒. 𝐋𝐚𝐮𝐧𝐜𝐡 𝐃𝐚𝐲 𝐅𝐚𝐢𝐥𝐮𝐫𝐞𝐬
On the very first day of listing (January 3, 2026), deposits were frozen for approximately 24 hours. Your own in-app support told a user that BC2 had been "delisted due to its failure to meet market liquidity requirements" — on Day 1. That message was later retracted and called "inaccurate," but the damage to our credibility with users was immediate.
𝟓. 𝐒𝐭𝐨𝐥𝐞𝐧 𝐅𝐮𝐧𝐝𝐬
12,500 BC2 stolen through an OKX listing scam were deposited to Biconomy. Our developer provided complete on-chain evidence — transaction IDs, wallet addresses, the full trail verifiable by anyone on the blockchain. Biconomy banned the scammer from trading but then allowed them to withdraw the stolen funds. This demonstrated to our community that user assets are not adequately protected on the platform.

I want to be clear about what all of this has done to BitcoinII:
→ The failed MM service drove our price well below what is economically sustainable for miners, directly impacting our network's health and operations.
→ Community members who donated to the listing fund have lost confidence in the process. They trusted us to use their funds responsibly, and what they received was an exchange that has not worked properly since Day 1.
→ Our development team's credibility has been damaged. People believed in the project and trusted the team. This experience has undermined that trust.
→ Biconomy no longer appears as an active exchange for BC2 on major price aggregators, which means the visibility we paid $8,000 for no longer exists.
→ This experience has severely undermined our community's confidence in exchange partnerships going forward.
We are building something difficult — relaunching Bitcoin's original vision with the same mechanics, same difficulty adjustment algorithm, same halving schedule, same 21 million supply. No pre-mine. No ICO. Built the right way.
